He will fight to lower prescription drug costs, protect coverage for pre-existing conditions, and expand access to care in rural communities across our district.

Our district deserves an economy that works for everyone. Jim has built and led organizations that create real jobs and drive economic growth. He will champion workforce training, support small businesses, and push for wages that let families build real financial security.

Working families need affordable places to live and communities where they can thrive. Jim supports smart housing policy that increases supply, keeps costs down, and ensures every family in Tennessee's 5th District has a safe, stable place to call home.
Protecting Medicare & Social Security
Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security are promises we've made to our seniors and most vulnerable neighbors. Jim will fight to save these programs from cuts and privatization — because the people who built this country deserve the security they were promised.
Strengthening Our Communities
Through The Friend Foundation and LovingKind Fellowship Church, Jim and his wife Bethany have spent years serving those who need it most — individuals experiencing homelessness, recovering from addiction, or reentering society. Jim will bring that same commitment to Congress, investing in the programs and people that strengthen our communities from the ground up.
